During Ramadhan, my routine is, wakeup early to prepare the sahur for me and my husband. We both only drink the shake of (PROTEIN NUTRILITE BY @amway + BODY KEY NUTRILITE + chrunchy Muesli + KURMA Meodjul @laparsajer.my) , I also ambil 1 sachet of Probiotic)
And malam I akan habis kan 2L air selepas berbuka hingga sebelum tidur, sahur pula 1L air.
